Fees

Scholarship awards for fees in this program should lock in costs from the year of matriculation so that each year the fees should be the same. In other words, a scholarship would only be provided if the 1st year fee remained the same for each subsequent year of study. The 1st year fee prize charged by the training provider should be the standard fee price for that year for students registering. Inflation cannot be built into a scholarship award for fees.

Living Costs

Education providers should charge the standard published student living costs locked in from the year of matriculation. Inflation cannot be built into a scholarship award for living costs.

Payments

A payment schedule for scholarship payments should be agreed with the ISPO Grant manager. Normally scholarships will be paid against invoices sent from the education provider in two instalments per year.
Scholarships are normally paid at the end of semester on receipt of end of semester student performance data. Education providers may negotiate an alternative payment schedule with the ISPO Grant manager if needed.
