A big thank you to all the dedicated people around the world who help making our societies more inclusive and resilient. ISPO members, friends and colleagues are doing their bit by providing improved access to P&O and AHT care.
Show us #ISPOWER!
In November 2017, ISPO launched a photo competition, asking for images that convey the meaning of #ISPOWER. We then invited all our members and friends to vote for the best picture. From the many powerful images received, the photo of a young girl enjoying access to education - submitted by Zia Ur Rehman, Rehabilitation Manager at PIPOS (Pakistan Institute of Prosthetic and Orthotic Sciences in Peshawar, Pakistan) - was voted the winner. Congratulations, and thank you to everyone who participated!

Persons with disabilities, as both beneficiaries and agents of change, can fast track the process towards inclusive and sustainable development and promote resilient society for all. It outlines how governments, persons with disabilities and their representative organisations, academic institutions and the private sector need to work as a team to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
