BIENNIUM REPORT 2021-2023 16 A top priority project is the implementation of the continuing education credit system which was prepared by the CPD in the previous biennium and aligning it with credit systems adapted by internationally recognised organisations. The CPD will continue conducting more interactive webinars as well as more ISPO courses, both online and on-site. Spreading the sense of belonging, the CPD will be motivating ISPO members to contribute to the repository of case studies and tech corner on the ISPO Learn platform. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) – Plans Cerebral Palsy webinar The webinar “The Physical Assessment of Children with Cerebral Palsy: A Multidisciplinary Approach” was held on Friday March 10th, 2023. The learning objectives of the webinar were: • To utilise the current method of the physical assessment for children with Cerebral Palsy (CP) through a multidisciplinary team. • To classify the movement disorders in a child with cerebral palsy according to the CP type. • To apply the measurement method of motor ability, Muscle strength, and Training outline for children with CP. • To categorise the gait pattern according to the type of cerebral palsy and choose the type of AFO for Orthotics treatment through effective classification tools, in addition to fitting considerations.
