BIENNIUM REPORT 2021-2023 38 ISPO Community Platform As part of the ISPO Digital Renovation, ISPO launched the new ISPO Community platform an online tool that will allow members to network and engage with ISPO wherever they are in the world. https://community.ispoint.org/newsfeed The ISPO Community allows us to • Improve communication: The ISPO Community provides a centralised location for members around the world to easily communicate, collaborate, and connect with each other. • Enhance engagement: by having access to events, forums, and members only resources. Members have the opportunity to engage more with ISPO, it’s committees and activities. We hope to see increased participation and a stronger sense of community. • Streamline administration: Upon joining ISPO, members now pay for their membership and get instant access to the membership platform and benefits. It also makes it easier for National Member Society administrators to manage their members and the information shared with the Head Office. They can use the platform to organise events, share resources, and communicate with members. • Improve Data insights: with more and more members using the platform, we will be able to provide valuable data insights that can help us better understand our members, and offer more relevant events, content, and benefits.
