BIENNIUM REPORT 2021-2023 42 ISPO Code of Conduct The ISPO Code of Conduct outlines expectations about how members and fellows of the International Society for Prosthetics & Orthotics (ISPO) should conduct themselves in the multidisciplinary professional environment and when working for or representing ISPO. The Code is adjunct to the rules and guidelines of professional, chartered, and registration bodies and is not expected to contradict or diminish their duties and responsibilities of employers or other bodies. Foster collaboration and supportive working 5. Recognise and value diversity and individual differences 6. Respect the opinion of colleagues in the multi-disciplinary team 7. Take responsibility for our position of authority and be mindful of our impact on others 10. Respect the professional standards and guidelines of ISPO and our professional bodies.
