ISPO India: Short Course on Orthotic and Therapeutic Management of Stroke

ISPO India organized a Short Course on Orthotic and therapeutic management of stroke patients on 2-4 November 2017 at the National Institute for Locomotor Disabilities(Divyangjan), Kolkata. The faculty included Elizabeth Condie, Roy Browers, Judy Ranka, Mark Smith, A. Biswas, Pankaj Bajpai, Biman Kanti Roy, P K Lenka, Pravin Kumar.
The Short Course gathered more than 150 participants including surgeons, rehabilitation physicians, P&Os, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation nurses, vocational counsellors, social workers and stroke patients.
The Short course was inaugurated by Dr. A. Biswas, Director, NILD, Kolkata in presence of Dr. Ammed Equebal- I/c Academic, Ms. Elizabeth Condie-Task Officer-ISPO, A.Patra-Secretary-ISPO-India, P K Lenka-HOP, P & O and other dignitaries.
