ISPO Fellows and Fellowship Programme: How Does it Work?

Fellowship of the International Society for Prosthetics & Orthotics is an accolade held by some of the exceptional members of ISPO who have demonstrated exceptional achievements in Prosthetic & Orthotics, nationally or internationally.


Criteria for Fellowship of ISPO

The nominee should have demonstrated an interest in ISPO, been a member for at least 10 years and contributed significantly to the activities of ISPO. In addition, the nominee should have made significant impact on the service in the field of Prosthetics & Orthotics (P&O), made an out-of-the-way contribution to education and training in P&O, or have contributed significantly to the advance of P&O through research.


Over the last 6 months, ISPO is proud to have nominated the following exceptional P&O professionals as ISPO fellows:

  • Rosielena Jovane C. (USA)
  •  Man-Sang Wong (Hong Kong)
  • Hung-Hei Kwan (Hong Kong)
  • Dan Blocka (Canada)
  • Madhouraj Balakrishnan (India)


ISPO Member Societies are free to suggest individuals for nomination for ISPO fellowship. Please fill in the online form: The ISPO Executive Board will review the nomination and communicate its decision within a short delay.
