We invite you to join an upcoming webinar, “Diabetic Foot Medical Management – Screening, Early Diagnosis and Principles of Treatment,” presented by Dr. Hans Ulrich Illgner, Privat Orthopedic Office Seintsch and Illgner, Germany, and Prof. Gulapar Srisawasdi, Director of the Sirindhorn School of Prosthetics and Orthotics at Mahidol University, Thailand. Taking place on Wednesday, 8 July 2026 (16:00 CEST), this session will provide valuable insights into diabetic foot syndrome and Charcot neuro-osteoarthropathy (CN), with a focus on screening, early diagnosis, treatment approaches, and rehabilitation.

Participants will gain an understanding of the background and clinical presentation of diabetic foot syndrome and CN, explore strategies for early diagnosis, review surgical and non-surgical treatment principles using German risk classifications and the International Working Group on the Diabetic Foot (IWGDF) classification system, and examine the potential complications and risks associated with CN. The webinar will also highlight the important role of rehabilitation in the management of diabetic foot syndrome.

The webinar will feature live interpretation in French and Spanish, as well as multi-language live captions. It is free for ISPO Members and EUR 15 for Non-Members.
