The Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics in Phnom Penh provides a one-year training program (full-time studies) for students from Cambodia as well as from other countries to be a professional P&O technician.
The curriculum is constructed into 4 modules focusing on fabrication, assembling, and final cosmetic finishing of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
Besides Prosthetic and Orthotic subjects, our curriculum also includes other related subjects (including field visits) aiming to give the students an overall understanding of the services required, and the ability to improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities.
The curriculum is recognized by ISPO.
