Created in 1945, the Ecole Nationale des Auxiliaires Médicaux (ENAM) is the first and largest normative and academic training centre for paramedics in Togo.
The mission of the ENAM is to train paramedics capable of providing care to the individual, the family and the community. It trains for the professions of state nurse, laboratory technician, physiotherapist, hygiene assistant, prosthetist/orthotist, speech therapist and health assistant.
